Oscar Schwark

Oscar Schwark worked for about 30 years in functions as CEO of IT companies such as FROX, Abraxas, Enkom and Viacar as well as Lead M&A Office at ERNI and Head of Business Unit Cloud Services at msg global solutions. He was mainly involved in strategic realignments, turn-arounds, ICT mergers in the public sector, M&A as well as outsourcing or larger projects in complex customer environments, which always required pioneering work.

Today, he supports companies in their strategic positioning as well as in challenging projects and, in the area of M&A, assists both the buyer and the seller side in and after transactions.
