Johannes Schubmehl started his career over 30 years ago as a management and technology consultant in the telecommunication, publishing, medical technology and chemical industry.

He joined the Bayer Group in 1999. As CIO Bayer CropScience, Senior Vice President HR Operations and CIO Bayer Healthcare he was responsible for numerous business and IT transformations.

His passion is leadership development. Today he coaches and advises senior executives, CEOs of fast-growing start-ups and high potentials in achieving their ambitious personal goals.
