As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Bayer AG, Hermann Leucker was responsible for the Group’s information security from 2013-2019. Before that, he worked in various IT management positions during his 30-year career at Bayer.
During his tenure at Bayer, Leucker played a decisive role in shaping the development of the German Cyber Security Organization (DCSO), a joint venture between Allianz, BASF, Bayer and VW. The DCSO is considered a national competence center for cybersecurity.
As an ACENT partner, Hermann Leucker advises companies on setting up cybersecurity programs, the introduction of information risk management and the development of IT security strategies.
