Franziska Melato worked for 12 years as an assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute FOKUS in the areas of office management, personnel administration, internal process coordination and onboarding.
In addition, she practised figure skating for 10 years and then standard dancing as a competitive sport for 14 years.
